Headache, dizziness, diarrhoea, rash, swelling.

Rabeprazole is not recommended for children less than 12years. Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver disease, any other gastrointestinal disorders, and any allergy and during pregnancy. Not recommended in child <12 years

Rabeprazole decreases the concentration of ketoconazole in the plasma (in 33%), increases the concentration of digoxin (in 22%), and does not interact with liquid antacids. Rabeprazole is compatible with any medicine metabolized by the CYP450 (theophylline, warfarin,diazepam, phenytoin).

Anti-cholinergic drugs may inhibit the anti-dyspeptic effects of Domperidone. Antimuscarinic agents and opioid analgesics may antagonise the effect of Domperidone
